10月31日，由西藏开发投资集团有限公司投资，中国电建昆明院-电建建筑公司联合体项目部承建的全球首个超高海拔、超低温度、极弱电网的构网型光储电站“西藏开投阿里地区改则县30兆瓦（配储能）光伏发电项目”成功并网发电。在西藏阿里改则县海拔4780米的寒冷荒原上迸发出一抹不一样的绿色生命光彩。据了解，该项目的顺利完工和成功送电，标志着新能源技术在高原地区的重大突破。这座构网型光储项目，将为当地乃至周边地区提供稳定可靠的清洁能源供应，有力促进当地经济社会发展，改善居民生活条件。本工程主要任务是发电，项目建成后，预计电站运营期内考虑弃电后平均年上网电量为5303.24万kW·h，将为改则县提供大量的清洁能源，同时可减少化石资源的消耗，减少因燃煤等排放有害气体对环境的污染，对于促进当地旅游业，带动地方经济快速发展将起到积极作用。项目的建设过程中，当地的藏族同胞积极参与其中，成为了项目建设的重要力量。他们在施工现场挥洒汗水，发挥着不可替代的作用。通过参与这些项目，系统的培训和指导，藏族同胞不仅学到了先进的科学技术和管理经验，还实现了家门口就业，成为了项目的中坚力量。他们的参与不仅保证了项目的稳定运行，更为当地培养了一批新能源领域的专业人才。有效带动了家庭收入的增加和生活水平的提升。改则县由于高寒缺氧、气候多变，光伏电站从开工伊始，面临的是前所未有的艰险与挑战，面对重重困难，建设团队全体人员没有退缩，不仅克服了身体上的极限，在这片人迹罕至的生命禁区，一点一滴地构建起这座绿色能源的丰碑。作为首个超高海拔构网型光储项目的里程碑，西藏阿里改则光伏项目的成功推进不仅代表了我国新能源技术的重大突破，也体现了国家对于推动清洁能源发展、保护生态环境的坚定决心。
