新华社北京10月19日电（记者郭宇靖）2024世界智能网联汽车大会于10月17日至19日在京举办。北京市高级别自动驾驶示范区工作办公室有关负责人在会上透露，北京市高级别自动驾驶示范区已完成600平方公里路侧设施智能化部署。下一阶段，示范区将围绕四环路到六环路之间进行规划扩区，规划面积约3000平方公里。这一面积约相当于北京城六区面积的2倍多。2020年9月，北京市在亦庄率先规划建设全国首个高级别自动驾驶示范区，围绕“车路云网图”五大要素，开展车路云一体化系统关键技术验证。系统推进“聪明的车、智慧的路、实时的云、可靠的网和精确的图”五大专项建设，经过四年建设，已实现全市600平方公里车路云一体化基础设施覆盖。在场景建设方面，北京市高级别自动驾驶示范区已聚集百度、小马智行、文远知行、新石器、京东等头部企业参与，实现智能网联乘用车、无人配送、无人巡逻、干线物流和自动驾驶环卫等八类应用场景全面示范、协同发展。截至目前，示范区累计为33家测试车企、近900台车辆发放道路测试牌照，自动驾驶测试里程超过3200万公里，占全国总测试里程超过四分之一。北京大兴国际机场、北京南站、亦庄站已开通自动驾驶接驳测试，京津塘高速自动驾驶干线物流场景全面打通。北京是全国16个“双智”（智慧城市基础设施与智能网联汽车协同发展）试点城市之一，示范区在信控优化、建设北京市道路交通大数据底座、数据应用探索等方面，也不断赋能智慧城市精细化治理。目前，北京亦庄60平方公里范围内，257个信控路口处于信控动态优化中，每日红绿灯动态配时优化近3万次，单路口日均优化113次，平均13分钟优化一次。通过精细化治理，在示范区关键路口交通流量增加20%的情况下，平均停车次数下降22%，平均行驶时间缩短12%，平均速度上升12%。北京市高级别自动驾驶示范区工作办公室有关负责人介绍，示范区未来将向更大范围、更广阔的场景扩展，并从车路云一体化功能服务、新型基础设施的商业化探索两方面，打造“双智”城市的北京样板。记者还了解到，目前北京市正在推动《北京市自动驾驶汽车条例》立法工作。
