中国网10月21日讯 据国家市场监督管理总局网站消息，近日，市场监管总局在京召开新业态新模式食品安全行政指导会，部署开展质量安全引领平台经济健康发展行动，维护好“双十一”食品消费安全。近年来，生鲜电商、餐饮外卖、直播带货等食品新兴业态蓬勃发展，在为消费者带来便利、为经济增长注入活力的同时，也带来了新的食品安全风险和挑战。为此，市场监管总局专门组织开展了新业态新模式食品安全专项抽检监测。抽检结果显示，新业态新模式总体食品安全状况平稳，但也暴露出一些问题。会议要求，生鲜电商、餐饮外卖、直播带货等食品新业态新模式要牢固树立食品安全意识，守牢食品安全底线，把食品安全作为企业发展的压舱石和生命线；要严格落实食品安全主体责任，完善内部质量管控制度措施，确保合法合规经营；要树立质量第一的理念，以高质量产品供给为消费带来品质提升，为经济发展注入新动能。市场监管部门将通过开展质量安全引领平台经济健康发展行动，加强政策引导和合规教育，积极推进平台和平台内经营者提升质量安全意识和经营管理水平，以更加有力的措施，推动新业态新模式健康发展；同时，强化新业态新模式食品安全监管，保障消费者食品安全，以良好的市场秩序增强企业发展活力。部分生鲜电商、餐饮外卖、直播平台和带货企业代表参加了本次行政指导会。
