吕梁市人民政府发布《关于完善生育支持政策体系建设生育友好型社会的若干措施》提出，鼓励适龄青年结婚。2025年1月1日起，在吕梁市登记结婚（双方均为初次登记）且女方年龄在35周岁及以下的夫妇，给予1500元的奖励，由结婚双方在婚姻登记窗口领取。
