又是一年丰收季，稻菽千重金浪起。10月28日，中国铁路沈阳局集团有限公司开原站货场一派繁忙的装车景象……13时25分，随着一声汽笛长鸣，一列满载金灿灿玉米的80492次货运列车缓缓驶出开原站，一路驰骋前往鲅鱼圈站。连日来，北方秋粮集中上市，“北粮南运”再次进入高峰期。面对管内粮食运输需求迅猛增长的态势，中国铁路沈阳局集团有限公司牢记“国之大者”，深入贯彻国家粮食安全战略部署，积极对接运输需求，优化运输组织，保障运输安全，畅通“北粮南运”通道，将秋粮安全畅通高效运向全国各地，全力满足人民群众生产生活需求，为服务经济社会发展提供有力保障。为保证粮食等秋收物资运输，沈阳铁路物流中心与相关企业深度沟通，解决企业的难点和堵点问题，保障粮食收发无缝衔接，他们与各家粮食企业开展视频对话会，详细掌握每一家企业粮食生产销售情况，设身处地为企业着想，为粮食运输办理绿色通道，并结合各企业情况“一企一策”量身制定粮食运输方案，宣传铁路优先受理、优先装车、优先挂运、优先装卸的“四优先”支农政策，营业部经理面对面指导企业95306客户系统操作，针对企业有发送粮食的实际需求，帮助审核资质，“一对一”制定装载方案，力保粮食运输的组织的有序推进。目前已承揽开原威龙粮食物流、开原粟谷丰粮食贸易、开原市鑫良润粮油贸易等企业粮食发运1.4万吨。为保证背箱出站及时，针对开原营业部、马仲河、西丰作业站粮食集中发送的情况，该物流中心生产营销科组织营业室增加汽车5台，在中心和营业室的共同努力下，营业室每日装车数同比日均增长20车。“感谢铁路部门全方位服务，让我们的粮食能够更快到达目的地，降低了成本，提高了市场竞争力，使我们‘北粮南运’之路更顺畅更便捷。”看到“铁龙”满载粮食源源不断“下江南”，辽宁省开原市威龙粮食物流贸易有限公司经理常亮握着铁路货运人员的手，高兴地说道。据统计，沈阳铁路物流中心开原营业部西丰营业室今年以来共发送集港4个到站、粮食4300车25万吨；开原营业部马仲河作业站今年以来共发送集港4个到站、粮食340车2万吨，极大保障了东北粮食运输，打通物资运输的“最后一公里”。（李季春 吕长军）编审：唐佳蕾
