新华社北京10月30日电（记者徐鹏航）国家医保局30日公布，目前，27个省份及新疆生产建设兵团已发文将辅助生殖技术纳入医保报销范围，其余4个省份正在加快推进相关工作。辅助生殖是通过人工授精和试管婴儿等技术，让患不孕不育症或有家族遗传病的夫妇受孕并生下健康的胎儿。今年以来，多地陆续将辅助生殖相关技术纳入医保。国务院办公厅近日印发的《关于加快完善生育支持政策体系推动建设生育友好型社会的若干措施》再次明确，“指导各地将适宜的分娩镇痛以及辅助生殖技术项目纳入医保报销范围”。辅助生殖进医保为参保人带来了切实的福利。以四川为例，该省将13项辅助生殖医疗服务项目纳入基本医疗保险支付范围，职工医保和居民医保分别按70%和50%的比例直接结算，每人终身限定支付2次。其中“取卵术”在省管三甲公立医疗机构定价为2157元/次，职工医保可报销1509.9元，自付仅需647.1元；居民医保则可报销1078.5元，自付1078.5元，患者费用负担显著减轻。
