《中华病理学杂志》2025 系列共识与指南启动会暨巡讲第二场于 2025 年 6 月28 日在漳州隆重召开，梁智勇教授（北京协和医院）、杨筱教授（福建省漳州市医院）等专家出席并致辞。会议汇聚国内病理学界权威专家，围绕乳腺癌、结直肠癌、卵巢癌、非小细胞肺癌、尿路上皮癌等常见实体瘤分子病理检测的热点问题展开。雅康博生物受邀参加了本次会议，其展示的众多伴随诊断试剂盒产品受到了与会专家的广泛关注。

    学术分享环节伊始，武莎斐教授（北京协和医院）对“中国乳腺癌PIK3CA基因突变检测中国专家共识要点”进行了深入和全面的解析：PIK3CA基因突变在乳腺癌中发生率为30%~40%，可通过二代测序（NGS）或PCR技术进行检测：NGS可全面检测已知及未知突变位点，但成本和配套要求较高，广泛普及存在较大挑战；PCR技术覆盖E542K、H1047R等常见热点突变，成本低、操作简便，推广可行性高；建议临床可根据患者情况及机构条件选择合适方法，以提升检测的准确性与可重复性；系统介绍了PIK3CA基因突变检测人群、检测时机、样本选择等核心问题的临床实践规范。张捷教授（福建医科大学附属协和医院）随后对PIK3CA靶点的药物研发格局以及最新的诊疗格局进行了系统梳理和点评，随着伊那利塞等特异性PI3Kα抑制剂获得NMPA批准，国内患者药物可及性显著提升，乳腺癌PIK3CA基因检测的规范开展和推广已经迫在眉睫。

 

    在讨论环节，与会专家就PIK3CA基因NGS检测试剂盒合规性挑战、病理科实验室建设等问题进一步交流，深入剖析了临床应用过程中的实践细节，切实推动了PIK3CA精准检测在临床中的落地应用。
    随后的学术分享中，多位专家教授还分享了近期发表的结直肠癌、卵巢癌、非小细胞肺癌、实体瘤MRD检测指南/共识要点。最后，陈刚教授（福建省肿瘤医院）主持了尿路上皮癌HER2检测新进展讨论会，与会专家和现场嘉宾踊跃发言，进行了深入的讨论和交流。
