多措并举，提升宣教实效。该支行充分发挥网点阵地优势，利用LED屏滚动播放警示标语，设置反诈咨询台普及知识。工作人员重点剖析“冒充公检法”、“虚假投资理财”等高发电诈手法，反复提醒群众筑牢心理防线——不轻信陌生来电信息，不向不明账户转账汇款。同时，积极拓展线上渠道，线上线下协同发力，确保反诈知识普及无死角。
强化内控，筑牢安全堤坝。在对外宣传的同时，该支行对内强化账户全生命周期管理：严格落实新开户核查，重点识别主动上门客户；定期回访存量账户，加强异常交易监测与对账管理；科学设置网银操作分级分类限额，为账户资金安全层层加锁，从源头构筑坚固的反诈“防火墙”。
深化协作，凝聚共治合力。该支行主动与当地反诈中心建立信息共享与协同防范机制，确保警银联动渠道高效畅通。通过组织员工参与反诈宣传、定期开展电诈案例警示培训，持续提升全员反诈敏锐度，并将识诈、防诈能力转化为服务客户、守护公众资金安全的本领。
