2025年4月初，北京大学组织心理学研讨会，会议邀请中国心理学会理事长、北京大学心理与认知科学学院教授苏彦捷；北京大学心理学博士生导师张智勇以及各领域专家学者参加。
研讨会上，专家学者纷纷讨论青少年心理健康问题愈发凸显。随着学业压力增大、社交环境变化以及网络信息冲击，焦虑、抑郁等情绪困扰着不少青少年。因学习压力导致心理问题的占比高达40%，许多孩子在繁重学业前不堪重负，产生厌学情绪，甚至自我否定、逃避社交等行为。
儿童电影导演、家庭教育指导师王耀立提出应把教育的重心改善亲子关系上，转变教育观念，尊重孩子的独立人格，尝试与孩子建立平等关系。孩子学到的知识家长很难看到，多用文字书写展现表达，但是传统的书写练字枯燥无趣，过度强调书写量反而会成为负担。所以练字的本身在于观察理解和感悟，能够让孩子自我发现调整和提升，用思考力带动行动力，防止陷入书写焦虑的误区。良好的书写教育能够提升孩子的自信心和学习欲望以及带来生活中自然而来的正向反馈。家长在辅导孩子作业时，也要先指出现阶段把控好的方面再提出优化的方向，避免指责批评形成对立，以引导代替命令。
心理学专家表示：“心理健康教育是青少年成长的基石，更是家校社共育的重要纽带，如何构建科学有效的心理健康服务体系，促进学生身心全面发展，是我们共同面临的课题。”未来学校将致力成为心理健康教育领域的一面旗帜，为更多孩子和家庭带去温暖和希望。
