2025年6月23日至27日，以“三十而励，光影新程”为主题的第30届上海电视节在上海举办。素有“视听产业风向标”之称的白玉兰电视论坛在6月25日上午举行“融合与共生，微短剧创新与发展论坛”，点众科技副总裁、河马剧场负责人张翔宇出席论坛，宣布重磅消息：河马剧场“合伙人计划”正式升级，将在分账激励、联合共投等多方面给予内容合作伙伴更大力度支持。

据悉，今年3月河马剧场正式实行“合伙人计划”，围绕四个方面扶持优质精品短剧内容制作，包括点众科技开放超万部优质小说 IP 及千部爆款剧本，供合作方改编；针对不同阶段的剧集，推出高保底政策与“保底 + 超高分成”双重收益模式；与合作伙伴在多环节深度协作开发精品短剧，每月遴选至少 5 部有潜力作品，每部投入最高 300 万元进行全网宣推。

时隔三个月，河马剧场对“合伙人计划”做出多项升级，引发行业广泛关注。
