新华社日内瓦10月29日电 中国常驻联合国日内瓦办事处和瑞士其他国际组织代表陈旭29日在第34届红十字与红新月国际大会上发言，阐述中国在人道主义问题上的立场主张。陈旭表示，当前全球人道主义形势空前严峻，各方应践行真正的多边主义，树立命运共同体意识，共促人类和平与进步事业。在巴以冲突问题上，当务之急是立即实现持久停火，切实缓解人道灾难，对当事方有重要影响的大国更应发挥积极作用。各国应将落实《日内瓦公约》的政治承诺转化为实际行动，确保国际人道法的普遍统一适用，平民和民用设施不能成为军事行动目标，冲突局势下必须保障安全、不受阻碍的人道准入，保证人道机构和工作人员安全。要坚持标本兼治，反对单边主义、保护主义，发达国家要在对发展中国家提供支持和援助上承担更多责任。陈旭强调，中国一贯重视促进遵守和实施国际人道法，积极开展对外援助和全球应急处置，始终是国际人道主义事业的积极拥护者、参与者、贡献者。当前中国正以中国式现代化推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业，愿与国际社会一道，坚定支持国际红十字运动发展，着力破解全球人道主义难题，建设更加美好的世界，为国际人道主义事业作出新的更大贡献。
