12月25日，爱尔眼科北京特区副总院长郝燕生教授应邀走进北京广播电视台《老年之友》直播间，围绕“守护‘睛’彩生活——白内障的诊断、治疗与预防”主题，为中老年听众送上了一份“眼健康”礼包。
郝燕生教授指出，白内障与年龄高度相关，几乎每位老年人都会遭遇，但紫外线、糖尿病、长期用药等可加速其发展。当老人出现视物模糊、颜色变暗、畏光、重影等症状时，应高度警惕，及早就医，以免因视力下降引发跌倒、抑郁等连锁风险。
针对“等熟了再做”的民间传言，郝燕生教授现场辟谣：现代超声乳化手术早已实现“微创、微痛、恢复快”，无需等到晶状体“过硬”。“只要视力损害影响到日常生活，就是手术时机。”他强调，高血压、糖尿病患者只要术前评估达标，同样可以安全接受手术。至于“眼药水治愈白内障”等宣传，郝燕生教授提醒老年朋友“目前唯一有效方案就是手术”，切勿因拖延或误信广告错过最佳治疗期。
谈及手术细节，郝燕生教授介绍，目前主流术式仅约2.4毫米切口，一般半小时内即可完成；混浊晶状体被摘除后，植入人工晶体即可“重新对焦”。人工晶体已从单焦点发展到多焦点、散光矫正型等多种品类，“看书、买菜、开车”不同需求都能个性化匹配。术后24小时即可揭开纱布，但要减少用眼和规范用药，减少创伤、促进愈合，绝大多数患者视力恢复良好。
“防”同样关键。郝燕生教授建议老年朋友均衡饮食，保证营养，摄入充足的维生素A；关口前移，建立“每年一次全面眼科体检”的习惯，实现白内障早发现、早干预。
