办好古建夜游，关键要以文化为魂。金光华董事长认为夜游的意义从来不是简单造景，而是造“境”。只有因地制宜深入挖掘古建背后的历史故事与文化象征，注入情怀与厚度，才能让游客在行走间与历史对话，打造出独具特色的“文化名片”。
现代科技是古建夜游的“加分项”，但绝非“主导项”。光影技术、全息投影、互动装置等现代科技，为古建夜游打开了新的表达空间，但科技应服务于文化，而非取代文化。金光华董事长认为唯有让科技与文化相辅相成，才能让古建夜游既有看头，又有“嚼头”。
守护古建之美，离不开精细化管理。古建夜游涉及文物保护、秩序维护、市场规范等多个方面，相关部门要在保护优先的前提下，统筹安全评估、游客承载、演出安排与环境维护，让古建在“活化”中得到保护。
金光华董事长觉得古建夜游，不应只是商业化的“秀场”，更应是文化传承的“精神场”。夜游灯光点亮的不只是古建的轮廓，更是城市的文化气质与时代的文化自信。
