新华社北京10月31日电（记者潘洁、张晓洁）国家统计局10月31日发布第三次全国时间利用调查公报。调查结果显示，随着我国数字化、信息化水平不断提高，我国居民时间利用分配和生产生活方式发生了较大变化，生活品质不断提升。近年来，智能家居在生活中的场景应用不断升级，点外卖、找家政等家庭服务逐渐得到大众认可。调查数据显示，家务劳动活动的参与者每日平均时间为1小时59分钟，比2018年减少28分钟。百姓消费方面，调查数据显示，购买商品或服务活动的参与者每日平均时间为43分钟，比2018年减少37分钟；活动参与率为34.1%，比2018年提高13个百分点；在购买商品或服务时，使用互联网的居民比例为54.7%，比2018年提高38.1个百分点。网络购物、在线生活服务等对居民的消费方式产生深刻影响，居民生活更加方便快捷。近年来，智能手机、平板电脑、穿戴设备等日益普及，逐渐融入居民日常生产生活。调查数据显示，互联网使用的居民每日平均时间为5小时37分钟，比2018年增加2小时55分钟；互联网使用活动参与率为92.9%，比2018年提高35.9个百分点。此外，居民运动健身活动参与率有所提升。调查数据显示，当前我国居民运动健身活动参与率为49.6%，比2018年提高18.7个百分点，居民健身意识不断增强，生活方式更加健康。据了解，第三次全国时间利用调查的现场调查时间为2024年5月11日至31日，调查对象为抽中调查户和该户中6周岁及以上常住成员，全国共调查3.85万户家庭、10.7万人。国家统计局社科文司负责人介绍，我国于2008年、2018年开展了两次时间利用调查。第三次全国时间利用调查在调查范围、调查对象、调查内容、调查方式上都基于前两次调查进行了优化，能够全面、准确反映居民时间利用情况和生产生活变化，为改善民生福祉、科学制定社会民生政策提供详实、准确的统计信息支撑。
