中新网北京11月2日电 (记者 阮煜琳)中国物流与采购联合会副会长、中国物流学会会长任豪祥2日在北京表示，当前，我国经济持续恢复向好，增长动力有所增强。9月份制造业采购经理指数(PMI)为50.2%，时隔5个月首次回到扩张区间。受需求恢复带动，我国现代物流运行趋稳向好。2日，由北京物资学院主办、北京物资学院物流学院承办的“北京物资学院物流教育30周年·2024年物流与供应链国际学术会议”举行。任豪祥在会上表示，党中央国务院高度重视物流产业和现代供应链的发展，物流成为支撑国民经济发展的战略性、基础性、先导性产业，供应链创新与应用上升为国家战略。任豪祥说，受需求恢复带动，我国现代物流运行趋稳向好。数据显示，2024年前三季度全国社会物流总额258.2万亿元，按可比价格计算，同比增长5.6%，高于上半年GDP增速；社会物流总费用13.4万亿元，同比增长2.3%。社会物流总费用与GDP的比率为14.1%，较上半年下降0.1个百分点，比上年同期下降0.2个百分点。他还提出，要高度重视人工智能在科学研究的作用，人工智能驱动科研已经成为科技发展新引擎，最新数据显示，我国人工智能驱动科研方面的论文发表数量最高，正积极推动全球人工智能驱动科研的发展。北京物资学院院长左敏说，今年以来，“降低全社会物流成本”已上升到国家战略高度，现代物流业发展备受社会各界的关注。推动物流降本增效和转型升级，提升供应链韧性与安全水平，对物流行业既是机遇又是挑战。大连理工大学教授胡祥培认为，作为电商大国，在货物拣选过程中，如何实现从“人到货”到“货到人”的变革意义重大，他分析对比了两种拣选方式的优缺点，重点从移动货架拣货系统的货物分配、机器人移动货架系统的订单拣选、机器人移动货架系统的机器人调度等方面进行了优化研究。本次会议以“新质生产力下的物流与供应链可持续发展”为主题，聚焦全球化背景，探讨如何构建更加灵活和响应迅速的供应链体系，以应对国际市场变化和消费者需求不断升级。
