新华社北京11月2日电（记者高敬）记者2日从生态环境部获悉，第三轮第三批中央生态环境保护督察全面进入下沉工作阶段。各督察组已收到群众来电、来信举报5865件，受理有效举报4995件，约谈党政领导干部37人，问责党政领导干部6人。第三轮第三批8个中央生态环境保护督察组于10月18日至20日陆续进驻江苏、安徽、四川、贵州4个省，以及中国石油天然气集团有限公司、中国石油化工集团有限公司、中国中化控股有限责任公司、中国化学工程集团有限公司4家中央企业。截至目前，各督察组全面进入下沉工作阶段。在下沉工作阶段，各督察组根据前一阶段督察掌握的情况和聚焦的问题线索，深入基层、深入一线、深入现场，对于4个省，重点下沉地市（州）督察了解推进落实生态环境保护工作情况；对于4家中央企业，重点督察了解其所属有关企业（单位）生态环境守法情况。截至10月30日20时，各督察组共收到群众来电、来信举报5865件，受理有效举报4995件，经梳理合并重复举报，累计向被督察对象转办4464件。被督察对象已办结或阶段办结949件，其中立案处罚18家；立案侦查4件；约谈党政领导干部37人，问责党政领导干部6人。第三轮第三批中央生态环境保护督察边督边改情况汇总表。（来源：生态环境部）各督察组统筹经济发展、民生保障和生态环境保护，持续推动解决群众反映突出的生态环境问题，及时转办督办，加强抽查核实，开展实地回访并面对面听取人民群众意见。督促被督察对象精准科学依法推进边督边改，以解决具体生态环境问题回应社会关切。
